Trigger Point Massage

This is a gentle form of massage that uses long strokes, kneading, deep circular movements, vibration and tapping. It helps you feel relaxed and energized.

This  technique uses slower, more-forceful strokes to target  deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. It's often used to help with muscle damage from injuries.

This is similar to Swedish massage, but it's geared toward people involved in sport activities to help prevent or treat injuries.

This massage focuses on areas of tight muscle fibers that can form in your muscles after injuries or overuse.

Reiki Treatment

Reiki

Pronounced “Ray Key”, developed in the early 1900’s deriving from the Japanese words “Rei” meaning “universal” and “ki” which refers to the vital life force energy that flows through all living things.

What is Reiki: It is a specific frequency of subtle energy that utilizes the divine, the universe, God and your own life force energy. It is an uncomplicated healing from the hands of a Reiki Master. The energy comes through their hands and from the divine, rather than one’s own energy.

Reiki is one of the most well-known and most scientifically studied energy healing systems in the world. It is used in numerous oncology hospitals throughout the world and is known to heal folks faster with less severe symptoms, needing less medication. Reiki is also very effective for emotional issues such as PTSD, anxiety, depression and trauma. It can also stimulate your immune system and relieve pain and tension, while fostering tissue and bone healing after injury.

Reiki and massage naturally work together to support the well-being of people receiving traditional medical treatments with the promotion of natural self healing.
